How to enable voided tickets and items to appear on the dashboard:
- Go to the dashboard → configuration settings.
- Scroll down to find the option "Show Voided Items and Tickets" (default is disabled).
- Enable it if you want voided items to be visible when viewing ticket details on the dashboard.
- When enabled, voided items (e.g., drinks) will still appear on tickets with a "voided" label.
- If disabled, voided items will not be shown in the ticket view.
