How to Apply a Special Message to the Kitchen

To apply a special message to an item for the kitchen in the SoftPoint ordering system:

1. Log in and select the ticket you want to modify.
2. Add an item (e.g., a sweatshirt).
3. For special instructions, select the "comment" field and enter your message (e.g., "sauce on the side").
4. Add the item to the cart and send it to the kitchen.
5. The kitchen will see the special message attached to the item.
