Steps to 86 and Reactivate an Item in SoftPoint

Log into SoftPoint:
- Start by logging into your SoftPoint POS system.

Navigate to the Menu:
- You can access the menu either through a new ticket or an existing ticket.

Locate the Item to be 86ed:
- Find the specific item in the menu that you need to 86 (temporarily remove it from availability).

Access Rights Check:
- Ensure that you have the necessary access rights to modify the menu layout. This permission is configurable through the SoftPoint dashboard online.

86 the Item:
- Long press the item that needs to be 86ed.
- This will reveal the option to 86 the item.
- Confirm the action by selecting "Yes" to 86 the item.
- The item will now be grayed out and unselectable, indicating it is no longer available for orders.

Reactivating (Un-86) the Item:
- If you want to reactivate the item and make it available again:
- Long press the item once again.
- Select "Activate Item".
- Confirm by clicking "Yes, Activate".
- The item will now be orderable again, no longer grayed out.
- If you want to reactivate the item and make it available again:
