How to Use Coursing:
- Create a Ticket & Add Items:
- Add items like appetizers, salads, or entrees.
- Long-hold an item to assign it a course number (e.g., 1st course, 2nd course, 3rd course).
- This controls the order items appear on the kitchen chit.
- Kitchen Chit Layout:
- Items appear in order: first course at the top, followed by second and third courses.
- Helps kitchen staff know when to prepare and serve each dish.
How to Enable Coursing:
- Go to the dashboard → modifier groups.
- Create a modifier group (e.g., named "Course").
- Enable the "Coursing Modifier Group" checkbox.
- This allows the POS to recognize and organize items by course.
- Add modifiers to the group as needed.
