- Log into the point of sale system using the handheld device.
- Start a ticket through the menu ordering option in the point of sale.
- Select the plus sign next to the search to add a new item.
- Enter the item name (e.g., "Corona") and set the price (e.g., $6).
- Choose the item category (e.g., "Beer") from available options in the system.
- Set the item to be available on point of sale (POS), online ordering, or kiosk.
- Hit "submit" to add the item to the system and receive a confirmation.
- The item will be added and visible on the ticket menu for selection.
- Allows you to add an item to the menu without having to log into the dashboard.
