How to Delete or Void an Item on Your Device

Deleting an item (before sending to the kitchen):

1. Once on the Tickets page, and a new ticket was created go to the Cart.
2. Press on the item you want to delete.
3. Drag the item to the left until the Delete button becomes visible.
4. Select Delete to remove the item from the cart.

Voiding an item (after sending to the kitchen):

1. If the item has already been sent to the kitchen, it cannot be deleted.
2. To void the item, press on it and drag to the left until the Void button appears.
3. Select Void to mark the item as voided.
