Creating an Open Priced Item

How to set up an open price item in Softpoint:

1. External POS Integration: If integrated with an external POS, open price items will be set up in the POS and imported into Softpoint.

2. Log into Softpoint Dashboard: Go to Menus > Items.

3. Create New Open Price Item:

   • When creating a new item, choose the option to set it as an open price item.

4. Set Open Price for Existing Item:

   • For an already created item (e.g., "Ambassador"), open the item in the dashboard.
   • In the General section, change the Open setting to Yes to make it an open price item.
