Creating & Editing a Layout

How to edit the layout for the SoftPoint Point of Sale (POS) system:

1. Log into Dashboard: Go to the Menus Layout section after logging in.
2. Edit Categories:
   • For POS display, click the three dots next to categories and select Arrange Display Order.
   • Drag and drop categories to reorder them as needed.
3. Edit Items in Categories:
   • Select a category to view items.
   • You can drag and drop items to reorder them.
   • To quickly sort items, use the options to sort alphabetically by name or by price level.
4. Customize for Online Ordering and Kiosks:
   • Adjust the order for online ordering or kiosks separately, if needed. For example, you can move food to the top for online ordering and drinks to the top for POS devices.
5. Save Changes: The changes will be reflected once you adjust the order and save them.
