Steps to Select Order Type or Mode in SoftPoint POS

Log into the SoftPoint POS:
- Start by logging into the SoftPoint POS system with your credentials.

Choose or Create a New Order:
- If you already have an existing order, navigate to it.
- If not, create a new order by selecting a table for the order.

Add Items to the Order:
- Select the items you wish to add to the order from the menu.

Select Seats (if configured):
- If your system is configured for seat assignment, select the appropriate seats for the items added to the order.

Select the Order Type or Mode:
- You will now be prompted to select the order type or order mode for the item.
- This step can be mandatory or optional based on your business's settings.
- If this is required, select the desired order type (e.g., dine-in, takeout, delivery).

Skip and Choose Order Type Later:
- If you prefer to skip selecting the order type for now, proceed by skipping this step.
- Go back to your cart, and long press the item before sending it.
- Then, select the desired order type or order mode for that specific item.

Sending the Order:
- Once the order type is selected, you can send the items to the kitchen or POS system.
- This process ensures that specific items are sent to the correct order types or modes, making it easier to track orders based on their service type (e.g., dine-in, takeout).
