Changing Table or Server in SoftPoint POS
- Log in to the SoftPoint POS system.
- Open the desired ticket from the Open Tickets screen.
- Tap the Info button in the upper right corner.
- To change the table:
- Select Change Table.
- Search for or select an open table.
- Confirm the change; the ticket updates to the new table.
- To change the server:
- Select Change Server.
- Choose from servers who are currently clocked in (only they appear in the list).
- Confirm the transfer; the ticket updates to the new server.
- The table or server is now updated on the ticket.
