- Log in to the SoftPoint point-of-sale system.
- Open the ticket you want to merge into (e.g., open ticket IT).
- Select the Info button in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Merge Ticket at the bottom of the menu.
- Select the other ticket you want to merge (e.g., SH) and hit Submit.
- The contents of the second ticket are merged into the current ticket.
- After merging, you can proceed to pay or adjust assigned seats if needed.
