- Log in to the SoftPoint system.
- Start a ticket by clicking the blue plus sign or the menu icon > new ticket.
- Both options lead to the same screen where you input the order type, revenue center, table, and name.
- Order type and revenue center are usually auto-selected, but can be changed if needed.
- Tables are based on the revenue center, with different tables available for each center.
- Enter the number of covers (people) at the table.
- The menu will appear where you can select items from categories.
- If items require seat selection, it will prompt you to enter the seat.
- Required modifiers for items must be selected before adding them.
- After adding all items, click the cart icon to send the order to the kitchen and create the ticket.
