To use the reorder feature in the SoftPoint Point of Sale system:
- Select the Item: Choose an item from an existing ticket, either from the an External POS or SoftPoint POS.
- Reorder via Three Dots: Highlight the item, click the three dots, and select "Reorder." This will reorder the exact same item with the same modifiers.
- Modify if Needed: If you want to add extras, drag the item to the left to add a note or delete the item.
- Alternative Method: Alternatively, drag the item to the left and click the repeating arrow to reorder with the same modifiers.
- Complete the Reorder: Once ready, hit the "send" icon to confirm the reorder.
