Device settings - Manage Printers

 

To manage and test printers in the SoftPoint dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the SoftPoint dashboard.
2. Select the three dashes in the top right corner.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Choose Manage Printers.

You will see a list of all configured printers for your location.
When you select a printer, the following details will be displayed:

• Model
• Serial Number
• IP Address
• Prep Station
• Backup Printer

At the bottom of the screen, you can also test the printer by selecting the corresponding button. This ensures that the printer is functioning properly.
