Donations Report

To access the Donations Report in the SoftPoint dashboard:

1. Log in to the SoftPoint dashboard.
2. Select Reports under OPERATIONS on the left.
3. On the right, scroll down to Payments and Discounts and select View next to Donations.
4. In the top right corner, select the date or date range (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This Month, Last Month, custom range).

The report will display details such as the donation in use, ticket number attached to the donation, amount, percentage of total sales of that ticket, and the date and time. You can use the Action button at the end to open the ticket and view all the details, including the discount.
