Log in to your SoftPoint POS device.
Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the upper-right corner.
Select "Settings" from the menu.
Tap on "Upload Logs".
The system will automatically begin uploading the logs from your device.
Wait a few seconds for the upload to complete.
Once done, a message will appear:
"Logs uploaded successfully".
Tap “OK” or “Got it” to finish.
