To access support information from the SoftPoint dashboard, follow these steps:
- Log in to the SoftPoint dashboard.
- Click on the three dashes in the top right corner.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Get Help".
By selecting "Get Help," you will see:
- The support phone number.
- The support email address.
- Your location ID, which is required when contacting support.
Support Availability:
- The phone number and email are monitored 24/7.
- If no one answers the phone, always leave a voicemail. Support will prioritize voicemails and call you back as soon as possible.
You can also access the "Get Help" option from the login screen by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.
