QR Code - Pay by Room Charge
- Access the ordering system via a QR code.
- Add items to your order and proceed to checkout.
- Select the "Room Charge" option under order settings.
- Enter your room number (e.g., 1205) and choose whether to include a tip.
- The charge will be sent to the external POS system, and the payment will be applied to your room's account.
QR Code - Pay in Store
- Scan the QR Code: Use your phone to scan the QR code, which brings up the ordering screen.
- Select Items: Choose the items (e.g., fried zucchini) and add them to the cart.
- Proceed to Checkout: Tap the checkout button to begin the payment process.
- Guest Checkout: Select "Proceed as guest" to continue without logging in, and enter your personal information (name, phone number).
- Choose Pickup Time: Optionally select a pickup time for your order.
- Select Payment Method: Choose "Pay in store" as the payment method.
- Order Confirmation: Place the order, which is sent to the point of sale (POS) system.
- Payment at POS: At the store, locate your order on the POS device, review it, and select "Pay".
- Choose Payment Method: Choose cash or card for payment. If paying with cash, follow the normal cash payment process.
- Complete Payment: After payment, the order is processed, and you can pick it up at the store.
QR Code - Pay by Card
- Scan the QR Code: Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code, which brings up the order page.
- Select Items: Choose the items you want to order (e.g., chicken wings) and add them to your cart.
- Proceed to Checkout: After adding items to the cart, proceed to checkout.
- Checkout as Guest: Choose to check out as a guest, with the option to take a selfie for biometric verification (optional).
- Enter Personal Information: Input your first and last name, email, and phone number.
- Select Payment Method: Choose your payment method (e.g., credit card) and enter your payment details.
- Google Pay Option: If available, you can opt to use Google Pay/Apple Pay/Samsung Pay.
- Review and Tip: Review the order and choose to add a tip if desired.
- Place the Order: Finalize the order, which processes the payment and confirms the pickup time.
- Order Confirmation: Receive an order confirmation with details and pickup time.
