How to Make a Payment (Quick Service Specific)

Process for Making a Payment on QuickPoint

1. Select the Payment Option

   • Choose the appropriate payment option (e.g., SPC-EMV).

2. Payment Device Activation

   • The payment device will light up, and tip options will be displayed on the screen.

3. Choose Tip Option

   • Select the desired tip option based on the customer's preference.

4. Payment Authorization

   • Swipe, tap, or insert the customer’s card for payment.

5. Payment Approval

   • Once the payment is approved, the information will be sent to the External POS system.

6. Attach Payment to POS Ticket

   • After the payment is processed, press OK to attach the payment to the corresponding POS ticket.
