How to Make a Biometric Payment Using Face Scan in SoftPoint

Step 1: Locate The Ticket

• Open the SoftPoint application.
• Find the ticket that is needed to pay.

Step 2: Select the Payment Option

• Tap the “Pay” button on the ticket screen.

Step 3: Choose Card Payment

• Proceed with a card payment.
• If tipping is enabled, you’ll see tip suggestions.

Step 4: Select Biometric Method

• The application will prompt to choose between:
  • Proceed as Guest (no biometric)
  • Face Scan
  • QR Code Scan
• Select Face Scan.

Step 5: Capture the Guest’s Selfie

• Have the guest take a selfie using the app’s camera.

Step 6: Choose a Card

• The app will display all saved cards in the guest’s wallet.
• Select the desired card for payment.

Step 7: Confirm and Process Payment

• Tap “Pay” to initiate the transaction.
• Wait for the approval message.

Step 8: Receipt Options

• If configured, the app will prompt for receipt delivery options.

---

Step 9: Ticket Confirmation

• Once payment is successful:
  • The ticket will show a zero balance.
  • The ticket will be closed automatically.
