1. When Device Shows “Offline” Message

Log in to the device as usual.

You’ll see a message saying your location is offline.

Tap “OK, got it” to clear the message.

Tap the Standalone button to continue.
2. Processing the Offline Payment

Enter the total amount for the item(s).

Add a tip or donation (if enabled).
-
Insert, tap, or swipe the card.
-
Wait for the successful payment confirmation.
-
Tap Done to finish the transaction.
3. Syncing Offline Payments (Once Outage is Resolved)

On the device, tap the horizontal bar in the top right.

Go to Settings.
-
Tap Upload at the bottom.
-
Wait for the sync to complete (device will be fully occupied during upload).
4. Confirm Transactions

After sync, go to the Reports section.
-
Verify that offline transactions have successfully synced.
