How to resend a receipt on the SoftPoint dashboard:

Accessing Transactions:
- Log in to the SoftPoint dashboard and go to Transactions. Search for the desired transaction (e.g., by date).

Resending Receipt:
- Select the transaction and click on the three dots next to the payment receipt.
- You can choose to resend the receipt via:
- Email: Enter the recipient's email address.
- Text: Enter the recipient's phone number and country code.
- QR Code: Generate a QR code or URL to send to the client.
- Print: Print the receipt using the connected printer.

Alternative Method:
- Go to Reports > Tickets by Date, select the ticket, and use the same process to resend the receipt.
This feature allows you to easily resend receipts through various methods directly from the dashboard.
