How to pull ticket logs in the SoftPoint POS system:

Accessing Ticket Logs:
- Log into the SoftPoint dashboard, go to Reports > Sales, and select Tickets by Date.

Filtering Tickets:
- Choose a date range (e.g., last 7 days) and filter by ticket status (e.g., all, voided, closed, open, or refunded).

Viewing Ticket Details:
- Select a specific ticket to view its details.
- Click on Ticket Logs to see a log of actions, such as when the ticket was created, who created it, what items were added, and if a receipt was generated.
This allows you to review detailed logs of ticket activities in the system.
