How to view ticket details on the SoftPoint dashboard:

Accessing Ticket Details:
- Log into the SoftPoint dashboard and go to Reports > Tickets by Date to search for tickets within a specific time frame.

- Select a ticket to view its details, including:
- Ticket number, creation time, status (open or closed), and the employee who created it.
- Guest information (if applicable), table number, revenue center, and order type.

Reviewing Ticket Items:
- See the items ordered, along with item IDs, and view charges, taxes, and tips.
This allows you to view detailed information about each ticket, including item breakdowns and financial details.
