Statistics Report

To access the Statistics Report in the SoftPoint dashboard:

1. Log In: Sign in to the SoftPoint dashboard.
2. Navigate to Reports: Under OPERATIONS on the left, select Reports.
3. Locate the Statistics Report: Scroll down to the Tools section on the right and click View next to Statistics.

Using the Statistics Report

• Location and Month Selection:
  At the top, you can select the locations you want to check and choose a specific month for the report.

• Report Overview:
  The report provides a breakdown between Payments and Guests:

  • Payments Section: Displays information for selected locations, including:

    • Number of authorizations
    • Re-authorizations
    • Sales
    • Voids
    • Refunds
    • Tokenizations

  • Guests Section: Includes details on:

    • Guest satisfaction (via e-mail or text)
    • Guest registrations at the location
    • Reservations made
    • Per-check-in and check-in statistics
    • Biometric entry authorizations
    • Biometric ID comparisons
