Analytics Report

To access the Analytics Report in the SoftPoint dashboard:

  1. Log In: Sign in to the SoftPoint dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Reports: Under OPERATIONS on the left, select Reports.
  3. Locate the Analytics Report: Scroll down to the Tools section on the right and click View next to Analytics.

Using the Analytics Report

  • Default View: The report automatically displays data for the last 30 days.

  • Report Details: It shows:

    • Date
    • Number of orders
    • Number of items added through SoftPoint
    • SoftPoint transactions on SoftPoint orders
    • SoftPoint transactions with the average amount per order

  • Date or Time Frame Selection:
    In the top left, you can adjust the date or time frame (e.g., today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, last month, this month, or a custom range).
