To access the Biometric Logs report in the SoftPoint dashboard:
- Log In: Sign in to the SoftPoint dashboard.
- Navigate to Reports: Under OPERATIONS on the left, select Reports.
- Locate the Biometric Logs Report: Scroll down to the Tools section on the right and click View next to Biometric Logs.
Using the Biometric Logs Report

Date or Time Frame Selection:
At the top, select the desired date or time frame (e.g., today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, last month, this month, or a custom range). -
Filter Options:
You can filter the report by:- Terminal: The device where the log was made.
- Source: Options include POS, kiosk, or mobile.
- Service: Options include age gate authorization, check-in, capture, manual review, payment, etc.
The Advanced Search allows filtering by First Name, Last Name, or Phone Number.

Report Details:
The generated report shows:- Guest name
- Phone number
- Terminal where the biometric log took place
- Source
- Service used
- Biometric score (used for verification)
- Date and time of the biometric log

Action Button:
The action button at the end of each entry lets you:- View the log details
- View the profile of the biometric user

Biometric User Profile:
The profile includes:- Dates and times of biometric check-ins
- Ticket numbers associated with check-ins
- Guest ratings
- Total amounts spent by the guest at the location
