There are two methods to access the receipt:
- Method 1:
- Go to the ticket, whether it is an open ticket or a closed check.
- Under the payment section, view all payments made on the check.
- Click on the payment to see the option "details."
- Select "details" to view transaction details.
- Click on "receipt" to choose to email, text, or print the receipt.
- Method 2:
- Click on the top three dash marks.
- Navigate to "reports."
- Select "transactions" to view a list of all transactions at the location.
- Find the desired payment and select it.
- View the transaction details as before.
- Choose "receipt" to email, text, or print the receipt
