To view and manage ticket details on the SoftPoint system:
- Log in & Open Ticket: Access the ticket, which displays the ticket number, customer name, and assigned employee.
- Ticket Info: Use the "Info" button to view ticket details, including when it was opened and other relevant information.
- Items & Payments: View the items ordered, their prices, and any payments made. The balance section shows a breakdown of subtotals, tax, service charges, and tips.
- Buttons:
- The three dots offer options like custom pay, equal pay, and reorder.
- The printer icon prints itemized or payment receipts.
- The cart button returns to the ordering menu for adding items.
- The pay button lets you select payment options such as cash, card, discounts, or QR/bar tab payments.
