  1. Overview: The Control Center provides a breakdown of your locations, showing their status (active, canceled, etc.).

  2. Support Features:

    • System Status: Check if services are online and see any maintenance or past issues.
    • Zendesk: Access the support center to create tickets.
    • Internal Release Notes: View release notes for internal use.

  3. Quick Links:

    • Access links for processors like TSYS and Clover, and portals for the PAX device management and Omnivore Support.
    • Additional resources include public release notes, knowledge base, and Loom videos.

  4. Search Function: Search for specific locations and access setup guides or the "war room" for further assistance.

This dashboard section helps you manage locations, access support, and navigate important resources for SoftPoint users.
