Process for Setting Up Rooms in the SoftPoint POS System

Access the Rooms Section:
- Navigate to the SoftPoint Dashboard, select Configuration, and click on Rooms.

Create a New Room Type:
- Click the square icon and select Create New Type.
- Enter the required details:
- Room Name
- Maximum Guest Count
- Description (e.g., "4-2" for 250 guests on the second floor)

Save the Room Type:
- Once all details are entered, save the room type. It will now be listed among available room types.

Edit Room Types:
- To modify a room type, click the three-dot menu next to it and select Edit.
- Adjust details such as:
- Room Name
- Guest Count
- Description

Create Individual Rooms Within a Room Type:
- For each room type, create specific rooms:
- Click the three-dot menu next to the room type and select Create Room.
- Enter details such as:
- Room Name
- Room Number
- Guest Count
- Room Type
- Description
- For each room type, create specific rooms:

Edit Existing Rooms:
- To modify an existing room, click the three-dot menu next to it and select Edit.
- Update any necessary room details.

Complete Setup:
- After creating and configuring room types and individual rooms, they are ready for use within the SoftPoint POS system.
