How to search/filter for tickets

1. How to Search and View Tickets in the SoftPoint Application

   1. Log In to the SoftPoint Application

      • Open and log in to the SoftPoint application.

   2. View the Tickets Page

      • The Tickets page will appear, displaying only open tickets by default.

   3. Search for Tickets

      • Use the search bar to find tickets by ticket number, server name, guest name, or dollar amount.

   4. Use Advanced Search Options

      • For more specific filtering, click the advanced search icon located on the right side of the search bar.
      • The advanced search options allow you to:
        • Search by a specific day
        • Filter by authorized payments only
        • Select "All" to view both open and closed tickets
        • Select "Closed" to view only closed tickets
