• Steps for Completing Pre-Check-In and Check-In Process

  1. Receive Reservation Link:

     • You will receive a text message with a reservation link.

  2. Select the Reservation Link:

     • Tap the reservation link in the text message on your phone.

  3. Access Pre-Check-In Page:

     • The link will take you to a pre-check-in page.

  4. Confirm Your Information:

     • Review your information on the pre-check-in page and select “Confirm” to proceed.

  5. Verify Your Information:

     • Verify your selfie, driver's license, and other required details.

  6. Complete Pre-Check-In:

     • After confirming the details, complete the pre-check-in process.

  7. Optionally Add a Card Payment Method:

     • If prompted, you can add a payment card.
     • Enter the card information and zip code.
     • Save the card for future use.

  8. Proceed to the Security Point:

     • Once pre-check-in is complete, proceed to the security point for the actual check-in.

  9. Choose a Check-In Method:

     • At the security point, choose one of the available check-in methods:
       • Gate QR code
       • Phone
       • Face scan

  10. Take a Picture for Face Scan (if applicable):

      • If choosing the face scan option, take a clear picture for the facial recognition process.

  11. Complete the Check-In Process:

      • Once your information is confirmed, your details will appear, and you will have successfully completed the check-in process.
