How to use Kiosk Settings

Process for Accessing Kiosk Settings

1. Access the Kiosk Settings:

   • Long press the power button to prompt for the manager PIN.

2. Enter the Manager PIN:

   • After entering the PIN, a screen with available options will appear.

3. Available Options:

   • Kiosk Refresh:
     • Choose between a quick refresh (applies dashboard changes) or a full refresh (applies changes from both the dashboard and external POS).
   • Connection:
     • View the status of the network connection and SoftPoint service connection.
   • Terminal Details:
     • Check for version updates, view the terminal number, model, and change the camera IP address if necessary.
   • Get Help:
     • Access the support phone number, email, and location ID for troubleshooting assistance.

4. Complete the Process:

   • This process enables you to effectively manage and troubleshoot the kiosk system.
