How to Update Your SoftPoint Kiosk

• Steps to Update SoftPoint Kiosk:

  1. Access the SoftPoint Kiosk:

     • Begin by accessing the SoftPoint kiosk on the Samsung device.

  2. Open Manager Login Screen:

     • Press and hold the area labeled "Powered by SoftPoint" until a new screen appears.

  3. Log in as Manager:

     • Enter the manager login number specific to the location.

  4. Navigate to Terminal Details:

     • Once logged in, choose the "Terminal Details" option.

  5. Check for Updates:

     • Select the "Check for Updates" option from the available settings.

  6. Confirm Update:

     • When prompted, click "Proceed" to confirm the update.

  7. Wait for Update to Complete:

     • Wait approximately 2 to 5 minutes for the application to update.
     • The SoftPoint kiosk will restart automatically once the update is complete.
