How to Update Your Card on Your SoftPoint Account

Log In to Your Software Account
- Access your SoftPoint account by logging in. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to enter your file number and verification code.

Navigate to "My Account"
- Once logged in, go to the "My Account" section and select the small edit icon next to your current card information.

Edit Existing Card Details
- If a card is already on file, you can edit details such as the card name, expiration date, and default status, but you cannot modify the card number.

Add a New Card
- To add a new card, click "Add Card Payment" and enter the required card details.
- On mobile devices, you can use Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay for auto-filling the information, or alternatively, manually enter the card details.

Set Default Card (Optional)
- Choose whether to set the new card as your default card or not.

Save the Card
- Click "Save Card" to finalize the update.

Delete Non-Default Cards (If Applicable)
- If you have more than two cards on file, you can delete the non-default card by selecting the edit option and removing it.
