How to Check and Manage Your SoftPoint Account

Log In to the System
- Access your SoftPoint account by logging in with your credentials.

Verify Your Identity
- Select your account and verify your identity using your phone number.
- A verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter the code and submit it to gain access to your account.

View Your Account Information
- Once logged in, your account information will be displayed, including name, phone number, and date of birth.

Access "My Badge"
- Select "My Badge" to view your QR code for check-in.
- You can also upload your picture if needed.

Manage Your Account Options
- Below your account details, you’ll find the following options:
- History: View your past orders, payments, and ticket numbers.
- Settings: Edit your personal details (name, email, phone number) and payment card information.
- Locations: View and manage the locations you have access to.
