How to Check and Manage Your SoftPoint Account

1. Log In to the System

   • Access your SoftPoint account by logging in with your credentials.

2. Verify Your Identity

   • Select your account and verify your identity using your phone number.
   • A verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter the code and submit it to gain access to your account.

3. View Your Account Information

   • Once logged in, your account information will be displayed, including name, phone number, and date of birth.

4. Access "My Badge"

   • Select "My Badge" to view your QR code for check-in.
   • You can also upload your picture if needed.

5. Manage Your Account Options

   • Below your account details, you’ll find the following options:
     • History: View your past orders, payments, and ticket numbers.
     • Settings: Edit your personal details (name, email, phone number) and payment card information.
     • Locations: View and manage the locations you have access to.
