How To Delete Guest Profile on Mobile

This video will walk the user through the steps required to register their biometric and ID information via mobile phone/device. 

1. Go to the Tended Bar Mobile Website

   • Open the mobile website on your device.

2. Log In to Your Account

3. Allow Camera Access

   • The website will ask to use your camera. Select "Allow."

4. Take a Selfie

   • You’ll be prompted to take a selfie. Once validated, your account will be loaded.

Deleting Your Account:

1. Access General Settings

   • Go to the “General Settings” section in your account.

2. Scroll Down to Delete Account Option

   • At the bottom of the settings page, select "Delete Your Account."

3. Understand the Consequences

   • A message will inform you that this action will permanently delete your account.

4. Select "Permanently Delete"

   • Choose the option to permanently delete your account.

5. Verify Using a Code

   • A verification code will be sent to your phone.

6. Enter the Verification Code

   • Input the code and select "Submit."

7. Final Confirmation

   • Confirm once more by selecting "Delete" to permanently remove your account.

Account Deletion Confirmation:

After these steps, your account will be successfully deleted from the system.
