To access the Guest Feedback Report in the SoftPoint dashboard, follow these steps:

Navigate to Reports:
- Select Reports under the OPERATIONS section on the left sidebar.

Locate the Feedback Report:
- Scroll down to the Guests section on the right.
- Select View next to Feedback.

Filter the Report:
- Use the date selector at the top to choose the desired time frame (e.g., Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, or a custom range).

Review the Report:
- The report will display the following details:
- Date and Time of the review.
- Rating given by the guest.
- Guest Name.
- Ticket Number associated with the guest.
- Table Number where the guest sat.
- Employee Name who served the guest.
- Total Amount for the ticket.
- The report will display the following details:

View Ticket Details:
- Selecting the Ticket Number will bring you to the ticket details page, where you can see the full ticket details, guest details (Name, Rating, Number of Guests), etc.

View Guest Details:
- Selecting the Guest Name will bring you to the guest details page, where you can see the guest's full history, including check-in times, ticket numbers, ratings, and the total amount they spent.
