To access the Guest Recap Report in the SoftPoint dashboard:

Navigate to Reports: Select Reports under the "OPERATIONS" tab on the left.

Find the Guests Section: On the right, scroll down to the Guests section and click View next to "Guest Recap."

Set Filters: At the top of the report, set the following filters:
- Date Range: Choose the date or date range (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, etc.).
- Subscription Status: Set filter options (Subscribed, Unsubscribed, Non-subscribed).
- Advanced Search: You can filter further by Name, Phone number, or E-mail.

View Report: The report will display a list of all guests registered under that location, including:
- Name
- Phone number
- Subscription status
- Date joined
- Last visit
- Number of orders
- Number of reservations
- Total spent

Export the Report: You can export the report as an Excel, PDF, or CSV file using the export options provided.
