Accessing the Pending Registrations Report:

Navigate to the Reports Tab:
- In the SoftPoint dashboard, locate the Reports tab under the OPERATIONS section on the left-hand side.

Open the Guests Section:
- After selecting the Reports tab, scroll down on the right until you find the Guests section.

Locate the Pending Registrations Report:
- Within the Guests section, look for the Pending Registrations Report.
- Select the View button on the right side to open the report.
Understanding the Pending Registrations Report:
- The report displays a list of guests at the location attempting biometric sign-up where the biometric score was insufficient for automatic approval.
- Information provided includes:
- Guest Name
- Phone Number
- Terminal they registered on
- Source and Service used
- Biometric Score
- Picture
- Date and Time of the registration attempt
Approving or Rejecting Registrations:

Select the Guest's Picture:
- Click on the guest's picture to review their registration details.
- The following information will be displayed:
- Guest Name
- Phone Number
- Registration Status
- Biometric Score
- ID Type (Passport or Driver’s License)
- Reason for Non-Approval

Review and Compare Details:
- Compare the guest’s selfie to the ID provided.
- Verify the guest’s age and check the expiration date of the document.

Make Your Decision:
- Select Review and choose whether to approve or reject the registration.
Exporting the Report:
- The report can be exported as an Excel, PDF, or CSV file by selecting the Export button on the top right of the screen.
Searching the Report:
- Use the search bar at the top left to find specific guests.
- You can search by:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Terminal
- Other criteria like source and service
