How to Resolve the "Payment Failed to be Sent to POS" Error
If the device displays the error message: "A payment failed to be sent to POS. Please make sure the ticket is not being viewed on the POS terminal and proceed to send it," follow these steps:

Log Out or Lose Focus on the Ticket on the POS Terminal
- Log out of the External POS or ensure the ticket is no longer being viewed on the POS terminal.

Return to the Handheld Device
- Go back to the handheld device and proceed to resend the ticket.
