How to Refresh POS and Sync Employees
On the Device:

Log In as the Manager
- Log in to the device using your manager credentials.

Access Settings
- Tap the three lines in the upper right corner to open the menu.

Select "POS Refresh"
- Navigate to Settings and choose "POS Refresh."

Choose "Full Refresh"
- Select "Full Refresh" to apply all updates.

Hit "Proceed"
- Tap "Proceed" to begin the refresh process.
Note: The refresh may take some time as it connects to the POS system for the latest updates. For systems like Aloha, you may need to either manually refresh or wait for the end-of-day refresh for employee data to sync.
From the Dashboard:

Search for the Location
- In the Dashboard, search for the desired location.

Go to Employees > Roster
- Navigate to Employees > Roster.

Sync Employees
- In the top right corner, click "Sync Employees" to sync the employee data.

Perform POS Sync
- For a POS sync, click the two-arrow circle above the "Sync Employees" button to perform a POS refresh.
