By Employee Position
On the dashboard page, under Setup
- Click Employee to expand the selection
- Click Positions
In Positions
- Click on the position that you want to change the print access for
- Click on the tab labeled "Printing"
From that tab, you see which printers the position is able to print to and which ones the position cannot print to.
To block a printer
- Select the printer from the "Allow" list
- Click the right arrow button
- Click Save Changes
Note: Printers that are blocked will not receive prints from the position. If no printers are "Allowed", it will provide a notice to the end user that there's no available printers.
By Revenue Center
On the dashboard page, under Setup:
- Click Configuration to expand selection
- Select Revenue Centers
In Revenue Centers:
- Select the 3 dots next to the revenue center for where you want to edit print routing for
- Select Edit
To set the printer that the revenue center is supposed to be going to:
- Put in the printer you want set up
- Set it to override category/item printing
- If this is not selected, item will go based off category or item level printing as opposed to revenue center
Click 'Submit' to save changes.
Note: Printers that are assigned will only print on items that do not have category print routing or item print routing. It will only be overridden for that revenue center if the 'Override category/item printing is selected.
