In order to move an item to a different table, do the following:
- Open the existing ticket that currently has the item(s) that needs to be moved.
- Under the three dot icon at the bottom left of the screen select the option to "Assign Seat"
On the Assign Seat view
- Select the item that needs to be transferred; there are two ways to accomplish this
- You can select items from the whole check (on the left)
- Or you can select items from the individual seats that the item is under (on the right)
Once the item(s) is selected
- Select "Transfer; there are two options
- Select any other open check to move the item(s) there
- Or Select "New Ticket" to move the item(s) to a new check.
Note: items transferred between checks will be moved to the same seat number that they held on the ticket the item was originally on.
