Partial Refund from the POS

To process a partial refund on a transaction:

1. Find Transaction: Go to "Reports" and locate the transaction you want to refund.
2. Select Refund Option: Choose the "Refund" option and select "Partial."
3. Enter Refund Amount: Input the desired refund amount (e.g., $2) and submit.
4. Process Refund: Complete the refund. The updated transaction will show the refunded amount and the new total.

To process a Partial refund on a ticket:

1. Find ticket: Go to "tickets" and edit the search for "closed" and verify that the correct day is selected.
2. Select transaction: On the ticket, tap on whichever payment you need to preform a refund on and select the "details" option.
3. Select Refund Option: Choose the "Refund" option and select "Partial."
4. Enter Refund Amount: Input the desired refund amount (e.g., $2) and submit.
5. Process Refund: Complete the refund. The updated transaction will show the refunded amount and the new total.
