How to Pay In Store

How to set up an in-store payment option in the SoftPoint online ordering system:

1. Log into Dashboard: Go to the SoftPoint dashboard and select Setup > Contactless > Online Ordering.

2. Enable Pay In-Store Option:

   • In General Settings, scroll down to find the Pay In-Store option.
   • Enable or disable this option by clicking Edit and toggling it on or off.

3. Place Order with In-Store Payment:

   • Once enabled, order your item through the online system and select Pay In Store at checkout.
   • Place the order, which will be processed in the system.

4. Process Payment In-Store:

   • On the device, view the order details (customer name, pickup time, etc.).
   • Pay for the order using cash, card, or other methods through the handheld device, completing the transaction.

This setup allows customers to choose in-store payment for their online orders, which can then be processed on-site.
