How to use the Guest feature in the SoftPoint Point of Sale (POS) system:

Accessing Guest Information:
- Log into the dashboard and go to Operations > Guests to view all registered guests or those who have provided contact details (e.g., email, phone) for receipts.

Searching for Guests:
- Use basic or advanced search options to filter guests by name, phone number, or other details. You can also view guests by their status (active, incomplete, or deleted).

Exporting Guest Data:
- Export guest information as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file.

Managing Guest Profiles:
- Click on a guest to view details like their name, email, phone number, and subscription status. You can mark guests as "discourteous" to flag them for future reference.

Editing Guest Profiles:
- In the guest profile, you can see the guest's visit history, outstanding checks, and registration logs, as well as any associated cards.
This feature allows you to track, manage, and modify guest information within the SoftPoint system.
