To access the Tickets By Date Report in the SoftPoint dashboard:
- Log In: Sign in to the SoftPoint dashboard.
- Navigate to Reports: Under OPERATIONS on the left, select Reports.
- Locate the Tickets By Date Report: Scroll down to the Sales section on the right and click View next to Tickets By Date.
Using the Tickets By Date Report

Search and Date/Time Filters:
- At the top, you can search for a specific ticket.
- You can also select a date or time frame (e.g., today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, or a custom range).

Ticket Status Filters:
You can choose to view:- All tickets
- Voided tickets
- Closed tickets
- Open tickets
- Closed tickets with due
- Refunded tickets
- Pending tickets

Report Details:
The report displays a list of tickets based on the selected filters. By clicking on a ticket number, you can view details like ordered items and payment information. -
Receipt Options:
In the top right, you can issue or print a receipt by selecting Receipt and choosing from options like e-mail, text, print, or QR code.
