Steps to Register a New MagCard

User Access Requirements:
- Log in with a user account that has permissions to register MagCards. This user role is typically named "RegisterSwipeCards."

Navigating to Registration:
- Access the settings menu, often found by clicking on the three dash marks or lines at the top of the screen.

Register MagCard Option:
- Within the settings menu, locate and click on "Register MagCard."

Selecting the User:
- You’ll see a list of employees or users who already have MagCards assigned to them.
- Choose the user to whom you want to assign the new MagCard by clicking on their name.

Registering the New MagCard:
- Once you've selected the user, swipe the new MagCard. The system will automatically register and pair this new MagCard to the selected user.

Confirmation and Completion:
- Ensure that the registration process completes successfully. There will typically be a confirmation message or indication on the screen that the registration was successful.
